My career has been fun while challenging and full of unique experiences.

From my first jobs in high school, through my time in the military, as a volunteer with non-profit organizations and in my professional career, I have gravitated to roles in leadership. Regardless if I was cleaning toilets, turning wrenches, moving satellites or working in a factory, the common thread was that I was in a leadership role.

I have a passion for helping others succeed and grow. I believe that my job as a leader is to remove the barriers that impede the success of others.  The purpose of my blog is to share some these experiences to you.  I look forward to your perspective on my thoughts and hope this blog will provide a space where we can learn from each other.
